What is Shopify's 2.9% processing fee?
Shopify charges 2.9% on every app subscription — this goes to Shopify, not us. It appears separately in your Shopify bill.
What about Shopify's revenue share above $1M?
Shopify takes 0% on your first $1M lifetime app revenue (from Jan 2025), then 15% above that. This affects us as the developer — not you as a merchant.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes — changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.
What if I exceed my order limit?
Your upsells keep running — we never block your store. We'll notify you to upgrade when you're close.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — 7 days free on Basic and Pro. No credit card required to start the trial.
How does the affiliate program work?
