When you install UpsellBoost, we collect your Shopify store domain and access token to power the app. We also store upsell rules you create, order events for analytics, and app settings.
We do not collect customer personal information (names, emails, addresses). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Your Shopify access token is encrypted at rest. We retain data for as long as your app is installed.
Uninstalling the app removes all your data from our systems within 48 hours. To request immediate deletion, email us at privacy@upsellboost.app.
We access your product catalog and order data only to power upsell rules and analytics. We follow Shopify's Partner API Terms of Service.
